The delivery time you pick changes which restaurants appear and the order they're shown in. Restaurants are listed by delivery time, from shortest to longest, and then alphabetically where the delivery times are equal.

Delivery windows are 30 minutes long and start every 15 minutes — for example 12:00–12:30, then 12:15–12:45, then 12:30–13:00.

You can also choose ASAP delivery, and the order will be delivered as fast as possible. You'll see an estimated time on the checkout page.

ASAP times and delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — a rider may arrive a little earlier or later than the estimate.

Some vendors only accept pre-orders. If you're past their notice-period cutoff, you can't order from them for the selected date. If you contact Ordit support, they may be able to reach the vendor to see whether an exception can be made on that occasion.
