Reordering and recurring orders

Written by Peter Szendrenyi

Individual orders

There's no recurring (automatic repeat) option for individual orders — you can't set the same item from the same vendor to arrive on a regular schedule. You may, though, see a Reorder button in your order history, as long as the restaurant's menu hasn't changed since you placed that order. Reordering takes you straight to checkout to place the same order again.

Recurring group orders

Recurring group orders (for a whole team) are set up by Ordit based on your company's needs. They require a signed agreement, so speak to your account manager or admin if your company would like one.

What recurs is the schedule and the budget, not the order itself. You might have a group order every Monday, for example, but each occurrence is a new order: the vendors, items and people taking part can change each time.
