With click and collect you place your order much like a delivery, then collect it yourself instead of having it delivered, and you skip the delivery fee. You collect during the time window you selected at checkout, from the pickup location (for example the restaurant, an in-house café, or an on-site buffet).
Right now you can choose between delivery and pickup on the mobile apps. This option is coming to the desktop (browser) version later.
