Companies with an agreement in place (contractual) are billed by monthly invoice, so their employees' budgeted orders don't need a card at the point of ordering. Where there's no monthly-invoicing agreement (non-contractual), a single-order VAT invoice can be issued for an individual order.

If your meal budget doesn't cover the full total, you'll need to select a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to pay the difference (the overage). See "Paying the amount above your budget" for how the minimum card charge works.
