After placing an order, you can follow its progress on the tracking page — from being placed, through the vendor confirming it, the rider picking it up, delivering, and dropping it off.
Once the rider has picked up the order, live rider location becomes available, so you can see them on the way.
You can also turn on push notifications on mobile and in your browser to be kept updated as your order progresses. (See "Delivery notifications".)
The tracking page also shows details about your order, such as your order number and what you ordered.
